Three things we do well

Fixed-scope work with prices you can budget. Listed prices are typical anchors; your quote is fixed before work starts.

AI in daily work

For teams and owner-run companies with 5–50 people who want measurable time back.

  • Half-day review: your top ten tasks to automate, ranked by hours saved and risk.
  • Workshops: hands-on, on your documents, ending in a one-page AI-use policy.
  • Implementation: inbox triage, quote automation, a knowledge assistant on your own files.
  • Monthly care: maintenance, model updates and a standing hour for questions.
  • Review from €1,900
  • Workshop from €1,500/day
  • Implementation €3,900–12,900
  • Care from €490/mo

US LLC for non-US founders

For freelancers and small companies outside the US that need a US entity for invoicing or payment rails.

  • Formation plan: exact filing sequence, what the registered agent covers, which add-ons to skip.
  • EIN without an SSN: Form SS-4 prepared so it is not bounced.
  • Payment setup that passes review: Wise Business and card processors, approved first time.
  • Compliance calendar: Wyoming annual report, IRS 5472 / pro-forma 1120, BOI status, record-keeping.

Process guidance based on first-hand experience. This is not legal or tax advice; for those questions we refer you to a qualified adviser.

  • Guided setup €490
  • Done-with-you €990
  • Compliance reminders €290/yr

03 — How we work

Four steps, no surprises

Small engagements finish inside a month. Larger builds follow the same shape, just with more iterations in step three.

  1. Scoping call

Thirty minutes to understand the job, the constraints and what "done" looks like. You get a written summary the same day.

    Day 0 · 30 minutes
  2. Fixed quote and plan

A one-page proposal with scope, deliverables, price and dates. No hourly billing on fixed-scope work.

    Within 1 working day
  3. Delivery in short loops

Weekly checkpoints, working results early, and your feedback folded in before anything is called final.

    1–6 weeks depending on scope
  4. Handover and care

Documentation, a recorded walkthrough for your team, and an optional care plan so the work keeps working.

    Final week · optional monthly

04 — Compliance and data

Boring on purpose

You should not have to ask where your files go. These are the defaults on every engagement.

  • GDPR
  • EU AI Act
  • ISO 17100 / 18587 aligned
  • EU data residency

EU hosting by default

Project files, translation memories and assistants run on EU-region infrastructure. Where a client requires it, model inference stays in the EU too.

No training, zero retention

We use AI providers under business terms with no training on customer data and zero-retention endpoints wherever available.

DPA available

A GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses is available on request for any engagement involving personal data.

Development on synthetic data

Automations and assistants are built and tested with synthetic or anonymised samples. Real client data enters only at the agreed go-live step.

AI Act Article 50 disclosure

Where AI generates or materially shapes text you publish, we tell you which steps were AI-assisted so you can meet your own transparency duties.

Confidential by default

We sign an NDA on request, never name clients in our marketing, and keep project material only as long as the engagement and statutory record-keeping require.

05 — About Novagenta

Built by people who shipped localisation at scale

Our team has spent twenty-plus years in translation and localisation, and the past few years putting large language models to work inside production pipelines where quality requirements are hard: terminology that must not drift, numbers that must not change.

Behind the pipelines is a vetted network of more than 10,000 native-speaking professionals worldwide — translators, post-editors and subject-matter reviewers with the industry and CAT-tool experience each job calls for. That reach is why we can staff a dedicated project team within 72 hours of approval, and why we take on the projects other vendors turn down: rare language combinations, hard deadlines, regulated content.

We apply the same discipline — measure, gate, verify, document — to ordinary company inboxes and workflows, so AI saves time without quietly adding risk. We formed and run our own foreign-owned Wyoming LLC, so the LLC service answers the questions we once had to answer ourselves.

06 — FAQ

Questions we get before the first call

Why is Novagenta a US company if you operate from the EU?

A Wyoming LLC gives international clients a simple contracting entity with USD and EUR payment rails, while the work itself is done from the EU under EU data rules. We are transparent about this structure and confirm the invoicing and VAT treatment for your country in every quote.

Where is client data processed?

By default in the EU. Where a project requires it we use EU-hosted model endpoints with zero data retention and no training on client data, and we sign a data processing agreement before any personal data is shared.

How do you invoice and which currency do you use?

Invoices are issued in euros and paid by bank transfer. For EU business customers the reverse-charge mechanism generally applies and no VAT is added; we confirm the treatment for your country in the quote.

Is the US LLC service legal or tax advice?

No. It is practical process guidance based on first-hand experience of forming and running a foreign-owned Wyoming LLC. For legal or tax questions we point you to a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction, and we will tell you when a question needs one.

Will machine translation reach my customers unchecked?

No. Every deliverable passes through defined quality gates and is verified by a qualified human translator before release. Which steps were AI-assisted is disclosed on request and covered in our terms.

How quickly can a project start?

Fast. Translation projects and reviews start within 48 hours of an accepted quote — small ones the same day. Workshops are scheduled within a week. Implementation and build projects start within one week of the scoping call; the scoping call itself is 30 minutes, not a discovery phase.

Can you handle a project other vendors have declined?

Usually, yes. Our network of more than 10,000 native-speaking professionals covers rare language combinations, regulated subject matter and unusual file formats, and we staff a dedicated project team within 72 hours of approval. Send us the brief and the reason it was declined; we tell you within one working day whether we can take it and at what price.
